Rachel Hansen is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Strategist at Chelan County PUD since June 2020, Rachel previously held positions such as Public Relations Coordinator at Cascade Medical Center, where a focus on community health services was paramount. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Wenatchee World, advancing from Education Reporter to Arts & Entertainment Editor and eventually News Editor, showcasing strong editorial skills and leadership. Additional experiences include serving as a Communications Specialist for Pierce County Public Works and Utilities, where marketing initiatives notably exceeded goals, and roles in graphic design and public information.
