Shaun Peterson is an experienced FSQA Manager at Cheese Merchants since May 2023, overseeing Quality and Regulatory aspects of the organization. Prior to this role, Shaun served as Quality Control Manager for Flavor and Fragrance at Prinova USA from January 2021 to May 2023 and held the position of Quality Control Supervisor at Prinova from April 2018 to December 2020. With a background in quality control spanning over a decade at Synergy Flavors, Shaun advanced from Senior Quality Control Technician to Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor, focusing on compliance, team management, problem-solving, and material testing. Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, earned between 2003 and 2008.
