Jonasjames Palma has work experience as a Graphic Artist, Photographer, and Video Editor at Hardcore Motorworks from January 2020 to present. Prior to that, they worked as a Head Entertainer, Host, and Coordinator at Cheeky Monkeys starting from January 2014. From July 2017 to August 2019, they worked as a Retail Sales Specialist at Party World. Before that, they gained experience in customer service at Kids Connection from March 2010 to March 2014. Recently, they also took up a role as a Graphic Artist/Photographer/Video Editor at Hardcore Motorworks from January 2021 to November 2022.

From 1997 to 1999, Jonasjames Palma attended AMA computer college where they pursued a degree in Computer Programming and Data Analysis. While at the college, their field of study focused on Photography and Graphic Art.
