Connor Ford has held various software engineering roles throughout their career. Connor began as a Web Development Intern at Driver Digital in 2012. Connor then worked as a Rails Engineer at Zerista, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined the University of Colorado as an Application Developer until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at Hotel Engine, starting as a Software Engineer and later transitioning to a Senior Software Engineer role. Since 2019, they have been employed as a Software Engineer at Checkr, Inc.

Connor Ford earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Colgate University between the years 2009 and 2013.
