Scott Peterson has been working in the medical device industry since 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they worked at PMT as a Territory Manager/Central District Manager, where they managed a diverse set of territory managers while excelling as a territory manager in a Chicago-based territory. From 2001 to 2009, they worked at ArthroCare Corporation as a Senior Territory Manager, where they proctored a new surgical technology to ENT physicians. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at Starion Instruments as a Senior Territory Manager, where they were the first direct territory manager hired to launch tissue welding. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Entellus Medical as a Territory Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at AxoGen, Inc. as an Area Manager. Finally, from 2015 to 2019, they worked at SMP OrthoSolutions, LLC as a Principal Distributor, where they built a significant presence in the forefoot and midfoot surgical hardware market from zero sales to over $1M in less than 2yrs with a niche product line. Since 2019, they have been working at Checkpoint Surgical as a Territory Business Manager.

Scott Peterson attended Indiana University Bloomington where they studied Biology as part of their Arts and Sciences program.
