Kim Baeza has been working in the medical sales industry since 2012. Kim began their career as a Territory Sales Manager at ZOLL Medical Corporation, where they worked for three years. In 2015, they moved to ConvaTec as a Medical Sales Representative. Kim stayed in that role for two years before becoming an Area Sales Manager at AxoGen, Inc. in 2017. Most recently, Kim has been working as a Territory Business Manager at Checkpoint Surgical since 2021.

Kim Baeza attended California State University, Long Beach from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
