Lauren Craig has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lauren began their career as a Teacher's Assistant at the University of Cincinnati in 2007. Lauren then worked as a Chemist at Sherwin Williams from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for formulating and reformulating products. Lauren joined Vantiv in 2011, where they served as the National Merchant Conversion Manager, managing projects and providing technical support for Payment Facilitators.
In 2012, Lauren joined Capital One as a Program Manager for Spark Pay, where they managed integrations and project processes for SMB Commerce platforms. Lauren returned to Vantiv in 2014 as a Solutions Consultant, providing support and developing solutions for PayFac partners in the Integrated Payments space. Lauren's next role at Vantiv was Leader of Relationship Management for PayFac, where they provided strategy leadership and support delivery improvements.
Lauren's most recent work experience is with Checkout.com, where they joined in 2017 as the Senior Director of Customer Experience. Lauren subsequently held roles as the Senior Vice President of Sales Operations, the Senior Vice President of Sales, and the Regional Manager for the Americas. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Support and Operations.
Lauren Craig completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they studied Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Lauren does not possess any additional certifications.
