Ronnie Nurss currently serves as the Head of Sales at Checkmate since October 2024. Prior to this role, Ronnie worked at GRIN from August 2018 to August 2024, where responsibilities included onboarding and managing over 30 Account Executives across various tiers, contributing to GRIN's growth to over $40 million in ARR, and earning the title of AE Manager of the Year in 2021. Ronnie's impressive performance at GRIN also included closing over $4 million ARR as a Senior Account Executive and achieving quotas exceeding 100% in multiple years. Earlier experiences encompass roles at DialSource as an Account Executive, at Square within the Caviar team, and at iSnap managing accounts and business development across diverse industries. Ronnie holds a Bachelor's Degree in International and Intercultural Communication with a focus on Journalism from California State University-Sacramento.
