Gilmar Lambert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2002, they completed an internship program at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., where they conducted research on tri-phase permeabilities in reservoirs. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Jones Bootmaker, followed by a role as a Sales Assistant at Grupo Planeta from 2006 to 2007. In 2009, Lambert joined Zizzi Restaurants as a Restaurant Supervisor, where they excelled in providing excellent customer service and managing staff. Concurrently, from 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Program Secretary at the Centre for Sustainability and Energy Management -BPM, contributing to administrative and course development tasks. In 2019, Lambert held two positions, first as Partner Marketing at Google and later as a Business Development Consultant at Operatix. At Google, they contributed to partner marketing initiatives, and at Operatix, they were responsible for generating new business and managing client accounts. In 2020, Lambert joined Checkmarx as an Enterprise Business Development professional, focusing on software security for DevOps. Later that year, they also worked at Sierra Wireless as a Client Executive, specializing in IoT strategic sales. Lastly, Lambert joined Hexagon Geospatial in 2021 as a Client Executive for geospatial technology, completing their tenure in July of the same year.

Gilmar Lambert completed their education with a Master of Science - MS degree in Integrated Sustainable Management for Business from the Centre for Sustainability and Energy Management during the period of 2008 to 2010. Before that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Petroleum, Gas and Energy Management from Trans-Atlantic College between 2007 and 2009. In their earlier years, they attended the Universidad Central de Venezuela from 1996 to 2003, where they studied Petroleum Engineering. Prior to that, Lambert completed their high school education at U.E. Escuela Comunitaria from 1990 to 1995, earning a Bachiller en Ciencias degree.
