Sophie Rummel is an experienced professional in recruiting and employer branding, currently serving as Team Lead at CHECK24 Vergleichsportal since February 2019, where Sophie has progressed from Junior to Senior levels in the field. Prior to this, Sophie contributed as a Research Intern at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, engaging in projects with Dr. Jos Akkermans, and served as a Student Assistant supporting a special issue for the Project Management Journal. Sophie's earlier experience includes an internship in Human Resources Management at Ravensburger, where responsibilities encompassed planning assessment centers and conducting interviews, along with a quality organizational internship at MediClin GmbH & Co. KG. Sophie holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Business Psychology from SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
