Glen Bayless has extensive experience in the tech industry, currently serving as the Group/Senior Manager of Diamond Services at Check Point Software Technologies since June 2011. Previously held the position of Escalation Manager at the same company from October 2013 to October 2014, where responsibilities included managing complex customer cases in collaboration with the development team. Prior to joining Check Point, Glen worked at AT&T as a Tier 2 Tech Support agent, addressing technical issues for U-Verse members, and at Computer Repairs & INC as a technician, focusing on the installation of residential audio/visual systems and computers. Glen Bayless holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from ITT Technical Institute, earned between 2011 and 2013.
