Arathi B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and security services management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd since January 2024, Arathi previously held the position of Senior Manager - Security Services at Redington Limited from October 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Arathi worked at Inflow Technologies Pvt Ltd for over six years in various Engagement Manager roles, focusing on professional services, support services, and skill augmentation. Entrepreneurial experience includes founding Embrazen Lifestyle Pvt Ltd from September 2010 to March 2015. Arathi's career began in technical support at HP and customer care at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions. Arathi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Instrumentation from J S S Academy of Technical Education, Bangalore, and completed pre-university studies at Christ University, Bangalore, as well as attending Christ High School in Bengaluru.
