Lisa Richardson, MHR, has over 19 years of professional experience in learning and organizational development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Organizational Development at Community Health Centers, Inc. since October 2014. Prior roles include Continuing Education/Professional Development Consultant at Valencia College, where Lisa provided leadership development based on client business needs, and Organization Development Consultant II at Orlando Health, focusing on enhancing organizational effectiveness through training and development programs. Earlier positions include Continuing Education Facilitator at Valencia Community College and Educational Consultant at Sprint, where Lisa specialized in leadership and sales training. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
