Rafia Khader is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and religious education. Currently serving as the Director of Religion Programs at Chautauqua Institution since August 2023, Rafia has previously held positions as Program Manager at LaunchGood and the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Prior roles include Administrative Manager at Mohammed Webb Foundation and contributing writer for The Tempest. Rafia also has experience as a Spiritual Life Intern at the University of Chicago and worked in various administrative roles earlier in their career. Rafia holds a Master of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Benedictine University.
