Edwige Lalau Keraly is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources management, currently serving as the Global Maison Human Resources Director and a member of the Executive Board at CHAUMET since January 2012. In this role, Edwige is responsible for strategic and operational HR across various global markets, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, managing talents development, labor relations, and recruitment among other areas. Edwige has successfully led transformation projects, engaged teams around change initiatives, and developed the HR team. Prior roles include Human Resources Director for HQ and International Talent Development, as well as HR roles at Moët Hennessy Diageo France and Cartier. Edwige holds degrees from Sciences Po and La Sorbonne.
