Steven Mind is an experienced financial professional with a robust background in financial reporting, expense management, and business partnering across multiple sectors. Currently serving as an Expense Business Partner at Chaucer Group since May 2024, Steven previously worked at esure as a Financial Reporting Accountant, where responsibilities included line management, production of management accounts, and involvement in the Finance Transformation programme. Prior roles include Senior Financial Analyst (Expenses) at MS Amlin, focusing on expense management for various business units, and Senior Management Accountant and Accountant at esure, where Steven led financial operations for the Claims function. Steven's career began at QBE Insurance as a Reinsurance Technician and included roles such as Management Accountant and Financial Accountant, contributing to financial reporting and operations for head office functions. Steven holds a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Salford and is a member of ACCA and the Chartered Insurance Institute.
