John Kjelstrom is a seasoned professional in the valuation field, currently serving as Managing Director and Valuation Practice Leader at Chatham Financial since October 2015, after holding the position of Director in the same practice. Prior experience includes Senior Vice President at National Valuation Consultants, Inc. from 2006 to 2015, where John managed valuation processes for multiple funds. Earlier roles include Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, contributing to real estate valuation and consulting for prominent institutional clients, and Commercial Appraiser at Southwest Appraisal Associates while completing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Arizona. John also holds an Associate of Science degree in Physical Sciences from Utah Valley University.
