Elisabeth Kemner has over a decade of experience in financial and military operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Client Relationship Manager in Debt Management and as an Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange Hedging and Hedge Advisory specialist at Chatham Financial since January 2013, Elisabeth previously held the role of Debt Management System Sales and Consultant at the same company from April 2008 to January 2012. Prior military experience includes various leadership positions in the US Army from August 2002 to March 2008, such as Division Network Operations Captain, Battalion Human Resources Manager, and Battalion Signal Officer in the 1st Cavalry Division, where Elisabeth managed extensive personnel and communications support for large operational units. Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Chemical Engineering and German, from Tulane University.
