Dan Vagnier, CFA, is an Associate Director and CMBS Defeasance/Prepayment Consultant at Chatham Financial, where employment started in June 2014. Prior experience includes roles as a Bloomberg Analyst at Penn State Trading Room from September 2012 to May 2014 and as an SAT Instructor/Tutor at Catalyst Prep LLC between June 2013 and March 2014. Dan also completed an internship in the Managed Investments - Product Group at Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, during the summer of 2013. Dan holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Penn State University, completed in 2014.
