Tony Tucker has worked as an Emergency Operations Director at Chatham County since September 1994. Prior to that, they worked at Sprint Telephone Co. as a Lineman Records from March 1970 to March 1983.

Tony Tucker attended Chatham Central, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Later, they enrolled at UNC School of Health to pursue a degree in Community Preparedness, although the start and end years are unknown.
