Nicolas Personne currently serves as the Responsable de la photothèque et de la mise en ligne des collections at Château de Versailles, a position held since March 2021. Previously, Nicolas operated as an Indépendant historian d'art from June 2017 to March 2021, contributing to various scientific collaborations, including the exhibition "Le Fontainebleau de Napoléon" and serving on the scientific council for a project at the château royal d'Amboise. Earlier roles include Responsable des activités culturelles at the Société des Amis de Versailles and several positions at the Société des Amis du Louvre, where responsibilities included managing public activities and projects related to museum transportation in Île de France. Other significant experiences entail research positions at the Musée national des châteaux de Malmaison et Bois-Préau and various historical studies in prestigious institutions, including the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco and the Louvre.
