Jan Chamberlain is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as a Realtor at Chase International since January 2020, Jan has also been a Managing Partner at Chamrock, LLC since 2008, focusing on real estate development and building new homes at Lake Tahoe, California. Prior to these roles, Jan worked as a Real Estate Consultant at Coldwell Banker for 16 years, representing buyers and sellers while actively engaging with the South Lake Tahoe Association of Realtors MLS and the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors. Additionally, Jan contributed as a Board Member for Sierra Senior Services, advocating for the well-being of seniors in the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee communities. In 2011, Jan coordinated procurement efforts for the US Marine Toys for Tots Campaign. Jan's diverse background reflects a commitment to community service and real estate excellence.
