Stephen Walsh has over 20 years of experience in the hotel and construction industry, currently serving as a Development Manager at Chartwell Hospitality since March 2009. Previously, Stephen was an Owner's Representative at Chartwell Hospitality LLC from August 2010 to January 2020, focusing on hotel development and new-build construction. Experience also includes working as an Assistant Superintendent at Chartwell Construction LLC and as a Project Coordinator/Lead Carpenter at J. Elisar Contractors LLC. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 2004 and 2008, and attended FRHS from 1999 to 2003.
