Tudor Pavel has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Tudor is currently working as a Senior Engineer at ChartMogul since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Hopin from November 2020 to July 2022. Before Hopin, Tudor was a Ruby on Rails Developer at PitechPlus from October 2013 to October 2020. Tudor began their professional journey as a volunteer at BEST Cluj-Napoca from November 2011 to November 2013.

Tudor Pavel completed their High School Diploma at Liceul de Informatica "Tiberiu Popoviciu" from 2006 to 2010. Tudor then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, which they successfully completed from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Tudor also obtained a certification in Software as a Service from edX in September 2012.
