William McGlinchey began their career in 2019 as a Supply Chain Intern at Baylor Scott & White Health. In 2020, they were promoted to Database Report Analyst at the same company. In 2022, they moved to CharterUP as a Customer Success Manager, where they were later promoted to Customer Success Manager L2. At CharterUP, they were responsible for disrupting large scale transportation and mobility through the introduction of powerful and scalable technology, working with 1200+ operators across North America to create an online marketplace for charter bus transportation.

William McGlinchey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Texas A&M University in 2019, having started their studies there in 2015.
