Shannon Garner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in content strategy, digital services, and web development. Currently serving as the Head of Content Strategy and Production at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand since June 2019, Shannon provides strategic advice on digital and content management, delivering projects like an enterprise content strategy and governance framework. Previously held the role of Digital Content Manager at eBay for a brief period, focusing on the redesign and migration of the Australian B2C site to a new CMS platform. From September 2004 to October 2018, Shannon was the Digital Services Manager at APRA, overseeing the delivery of enterprise digital services and leading the transition to a cloud-hosted infrastructure. Earlier experience includes web development and design at Garner Digital. Shannon holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
