Sarah Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and client services, currently serving as the Program Management Office Manager at Charter Technology Solutions since December 2018. Previous roles include Solutions Expert and Senior Client Manager at the same organization. At Innovative Communication Concepts, Inc., Sarah supervised the customer service department, managing operations and client inquiries from April 2012 to December 2018. Additional experience includes work as an ABA therapist at New York Child Resource Center, a designer and board member for the St. Anselm's 13th Annual Golf Outing, and an assistant designer for the Mayor John M. Segilia Memorial Clock Project. Sarah also completed an internship at The Scranton Times-Tribune as a graphic design intern. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Art History from Marywood University.
