Gina Primiano is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in supply chain management and a proven track record of driving cost savings and process improvements. Currently serving as the Regional Procurement Supervisor for Charter Steel since March 2012, Gina develops key supplier relationships, leads a small team of procurement professionals, and manages capital procurement efforts for the Ohio region. Previous roles include Buyer at Charter Steel, where significant savings were achieved through supplier consolidation and process improvements, and Lead Buyer/Planner at Supply Technologies, focusing on inventory management and cost negotiations. Gina’s early career included management responsibilities at McDonald's, enhancing customer service and team leadership skills. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in School Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from John Carroll University.
