After earning a History degree at an International University in London, Jen spent a decade in the nonprofit sector. In overseeing technology, program development, and operations, she supported volunteer and recipient networks in Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, the Philippines, and the USA.

Jen spends her time at Charter School Capital split between being a 3x certified Salesforce Administrator and devoting time to team effectiveness initiatives. She is a strong advocate for a people-centric workforce and holds a deep passion for leadership development. By observing patterns and needs of staff, clients, and partners, Jen fuses organizational and technical solutions to promote thriving processes and culture.

While Jen enjoys travel, archery, endless hours on audible, and escape rooms, she really lives for any chance to hop on her motorcycle and hit the road (or off-road).
