Serena Stark is a dedicated Human Resources Generalist currently employed at Charter One since March 2022, following a role as an HR Admin Assistant. Prior to this, Serena worked as a Chiropractic Assistant at BackFit Health + Spine from June 2021 to March 2022, where various tasks were performed to support providers and clinic operations. With an academic background that includes an Associate's degree in Exercise Science and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University, Serena has a strong interest in understanding workplace dynamics and fostering relationships that contribute to the success of health centers.
