Bryon Task has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as the Sustainability Operations Manager at Charter Next Generation since March 2012, where responsibilities include standardizing Scrap Tracking processes across multiple plants and leading real-time Scrap Reporting efforts. Previous roles at the same company included Quality Manager, overseeing the Plant QA department and facilitating BRC and IMS standard certifications, and Continuous Improvement Manager, managing the implementation of Plant Information systems. Prior to Charter Next Generation, Bryon Task held the position of Plant Manager at NEX Performance Films from July 2007 to March 2012 and was a Production Manager at the same company from 1998 to 2007, following a tenure at New England Extrusion as an Extrusion Operator/Shift Leader from 1990 to 1997. Education includes attendance at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduation from Turners Falls High School.
