Lily Luo has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Paralegal at David Kam & Co Solicitors. Lily then became a Solicitor at Jason Li Lawyers in 2012, where they worked until 2017. Lily then joined Stockland as a Lease Administrator, initially starting as a Lease Administrator from 2017 to 2019, and then transitioning to a Senior Lease Administrator role for a short period in 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they continued working as a Lease Administrator at Stockland before assuming the role of Senior Lease Administrator in 2021. Currently, Lily is working as a Senior Lease Administrator at Charter Hall since 2023. Lily also holds an Admission as a Solicitor from the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2011.

Lily Luo completed their Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science degree (BSc/LLB) at the University of Technology Sydney from 2006 to 2010. Lily then pursued and obtained their Masters of Law degree, majoring in Corporate & Commercial Law (LLM) from the same university from 2015 to 2019.
