John Kerschen is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in investment banking and venture capital. Currently serving as Managing Director at Charter Growth Capital Fund since July 2019 and at Charter Capital Partners since 1996, John provides advisory services for transactions ranging from $10 million to $150 million. Additionally, John is a Board Member at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company, an A+ rated property and casualty insurance firm, and has held the role of Managing Director at Michigan Accelerator Fund I, an early-stage venture capital fund, since 2010. John Kerschen holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
