Darrin Schwab is an experienced real estate appraiser and investor with a robust background in providing appraisal services to lenders, attorneys, governmental agencies, and individuals since 1996. Currently serving as an Appraisal Officer at Charter Bank since January 2015, Darrin also holds a position as a Real Estate Appraiser and Investor at Schwab, Inc. since July 1999. In addition to appraisal work, Darrin actively engages in renovating apartment properties for personal investment and reselling single-family properties.
