Evelyn Boomer DM, PMP, CSSBB, BSEE is an experienced IT consultant with a robust background in project management and quality engineering. Currently at Charter since October 2017, Evelyn validates the functionality and operational readiness of new product and platform enhancements. Previously, at Dish Network from March 2009 to September 2016, Evelyn successfully led cross-functional teams to launch critical new products, generating substantial cost savings. Earlier roles included Quality Engineer and R&D Project Manager at Hach, where Evelyn utilized change management techniques to achieve ISO 9001 certification, and Production Supervisor at Data General. Evelyn holds a Doctorate in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado Technical University, along with a Java Developer certificate from T3 Resources.
