Alisa P. Hecht has a extensive career in account management and sales, currently serving as Strategic Account Manager at Charter since May 2012. Previously, Alisa held sales positions at TWC from 2013 to 2016 and at Sprint/Nextel, where significant achievements included exceeding sales quotas and winning multiple awards for performance excellence from 2003 to 2007. Experience also includes roles as AVP Escalations at Sprint Nextel Corporation, where management of a database of over 100 clients was essential, and various managerial and consulting positions at RCN, Bear Stearns, British Telecom North America, AT&T, and TIE Systems. Alisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from Mercy College.
