Theresa Proctor has extensive experience in human resources and information systems, currently serving as the Global HRIS Manager at Chart Industries, Inc. since July 2008. In this role, Theresa oversees the HRIS system, managing upgrades, configurations, and partner negotiations, while streamlining operations for a large workforce and integrating Grayscale SMS texting technology. Prior to this position, Theresa was a Training and Development Analyst, where the focus was on learning goals, career development planning, and managing performance reviews. Additionally, as a Training Coordinator, Theresa led training initiatives and implemented a Learning Management System. Earlier in their career, Theresa served as a Human Resources Assistant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.
