Oswaldz Samuel Nababan is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in regional management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Regional Operations at Charoen Pokphand Indonesia since November 2023, Oswaldz oversees the Sumatera region, including areas such as Aceh, Medan, Riau, Batam, Palembang, Bengkulu, Jambi, and Lampung, managing a diverse team of operational managers and assistant managers. Prior to this role, Oswaldz spent nearly a decade at Indomaret Group, progressing through positions including Special Project Operation Jr Manager for the West Regional, Business Development Operations Manager, and Area Retail Sales Manager. Oswaldz holds a Bachelor of Science in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology and an MBA with a focus on Operation and Decision Making and Negotiation, both from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
