Pimonrat Reephattanavijitkul is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as President of CP Leadership Institute and Chief People Officer at CPF Group since July 2019, Pimonrat has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President focused on human resources at CPF Group and Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd. Prior to these roles, Pimonrat was with SCB – Siam Commercial Bank from January 2012 to July 2019, overseeing HR functions and strategic partnerships. Additional experience includes leadership positions at CEVA Logistics, Kohler Co., TNT, Thai Industrial Gases Public Co., Ltd., The Minor Food Group Public Co., Ltd., and Shell, demonstrating a strong background in talent management, recruitment, and HR strategy across diverse industries.
