Marcelle Hoondert possesses a diverse background in volunteer and professional roles, primarily focused on child and family support. Currently serving as a volunteer at Stichting De Kindertelefoon since October 2022 and as an Oppas Angel at Charly Cares since 2018, Marcelle has also gained experience as a behavioral science intern at Pluryn and held multiple positions at Tony's Chocolonely from 2017 to 2021, providing office and event support. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Clinical Child, Family and Education Studies from Utrecht University, as well as earlier education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Gymnase de Burier in Switzerland, where Marcelle specialized in Spanish and Sports Sciences.
