Iza Marrit de Haan currently serves as a Stagiair at De Tussenvoorziening, providing support in the Dutch language, social-emotional development, and overall growth for children aged 5 and 7. Additionally, Iza works as an Oppas at Charly Cares and is an Ambassadeur for Unibuddy, assisting prospective students with inquiries related to pedagogical sciences and psychology at Utrecht University. As a Student Projectleider at NVO Nederlandse vereniging van pedagogen en onderwijskundigen, Iza organized a national congress for upcoming pedagogues and participated in the Studentambassadeurs pilot program. Furthermore, Iza works as a student-assistant mentoring first-year students in Pedagogical Sciences at Utrecht University. Previous experience includes roles as a Telefonisch medewerker at BME Groningen and a Winkelmedewerker at Cadeauwinkel Op 'e Stâl. Iza holds Bachelor's degrees in Pedagogical Sciences and Psychology from Utrecht University and completed a minor in Youth Crime and Youth Protection. Education was preceded by attendance at Praedinius Gymnasium Groningen.
