The Orchestra Program Staff at the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra Society Inc. is responsible for curating and executing the organizationā€™s concert programming, engaging in community outreach, and supporting the development of youth orchestras. This team works closely with the Resident Conductor and Music Director to ensure high-quality musical experiences, while also fostering young talent and promoting participation in the arts within the community.
