Mike Phalen serves as the Head of Consumer Corporate & Investment Banking at Truist Securities since October 2020 and is a member of the Board of Directors for Charlotte Rescue Mission since May 2023. Previously, Mike Phalen held positions at Wells Fargo Securities from July 2008 to October 2020 as Vice Chair and Managing Director, and served as CFO at Krispy Kreme from January 2004 to June 2007. Additional experience includes the role of Executive Director at CIBC from February 2002 to December 2003, Vice President at Alex Brown & Sons from August 1996 to February 2002, and Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche from August 1991 to 1995. Mike Phalen earned a Master of Management degree in Finance, Marketing, and Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (1995-1996) and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia (1987-1991).
