Chantz Sawyers is an experienced event manager currently working at the Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, specifically at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, since June 2022. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing diverse events, overseeing logistics, and engaging with clients. Previous roles include an internship with the Charlotte Hornets focusing on guest experience and arena operations, and apprenticeships with the University Athletic Association and REVELxp, where Chantz gained skills in event coordination and operations management. Chantz also has experience in team operations as an intern with the Charlotte Independence and has a background as a student-athlete at the University of Florida, fostering time management and leadership skills.
