Jaxson Watermann is an accomplished soccer operations intern at Charlotte FC, responsible for assisting the technical director and enhancing player experiences. Prior to this role, Jaxson served as a ticket sales and services associate with the Carolina Panthers, where efforts focused on community outreach and event planning. Jaxson's athletic background includes participation as a student athlete in top soccer programs at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which fostered skills in time management and teamwork. Earlier work experience includes a sales internship at BODYARMOR SuperDrink and valet services, along with experience as a sports referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation. Jaxson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
