Jason Osborne serves as the Academy Head Coach for both the U18 and U17 teams at Charlotte FC, a role held since March 2022, alongside duties as Head Soccer Coach for the U17 team in the MLS Next. Previously, Jason was involved with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from January 2012 to December 2023, serving as College Soccer Coach and Associate Head Men's Soccer Coach among other positions. Jason's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Gardner-Webb University, along with dual Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Management and Sports from Stetson University. Jason is currently pursuing additional education at PFA Business School until December 2024.
