Derek Wilkinson has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Derek started their career as a player for the Tampa Bay Lightning in 1995 and remained with the team until 1999. In 2003, they joined the Charlotte Checkers as the GM/Head Coach, a position they held until 2010.
