Debra Townzen has extensive experience in the substance abuse and recovery field, serving as Admissions Manager at Charlies Place Recovery Center since November 2001, while also holding the role of Admissions/Detox/Billing Manager at Charlie's Place during the same period. Debra earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Del Mar College, where studies were completed between 2009 and 2015.
