Barbara Shehan, CHA CRDE, serves as the General Manager at The Abernathy since December 2021 and has held the position of Area General Manager at Charlestowne Hotels since September 2017. With a solid background in hotel management, Barbara has previously worked as Hotel Manager and Assistant General Manager at Migis Hotel Group from February 2015 to September 2017. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Graduate School, Barbara also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Southern New Hampshire University, completed in 2018. Additional educational experience includes studies at Rutgers University - Camden from 2004 to 2005.
