Helen Russell-Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Helen began their career as an Event Coordinator at Elemica, where they organized a European conference for blue chip clients. Helen then worked at Danesmoor as a Commercial Trainee and Junior Category Coordinator. Following that, Helen joined Advanced Business Solutions as an Inside Sales Executive, promoting the company's brand and back-office applications. Helen later became an Account Manager, responsible for 300 accounts in the Not-for-Profit sector. Helen then transitioned to Thomson Reuters as a Marketing Executive, working on projects for the Financial & Risk division. Currently, they serve as the Head of Digital Marketing at Charles Stanley & Co. Limited, where they oversee the delivery of the company's new website and client portal, as well as managing the marketing digital and strategy teams. Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as marketing, project management, and client relationship building.

Helen Russell-Hughes completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) degree in Fine Art from Newcastle University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
